THE PROGRAM

Founded in Toulouse in 2004, VM Ballet offers comprehensive and intensive training, tailored to the requirements of professional companies in France and internationally.
Since its inception, more than 100 dancers trained at VM Ballet have joined companies in 21 countries worldwide.

A PEDAGOGY BASED ON HIGH STANDARDS AND INDIVIDUALIZATION
VM Ballet was born from a desire: to offer everyone the means to succeed while respecting the differences and artistic sensibilities of each dancer.
The training program is based on an approach that combines technical rigor, individualized support, and stage experience, in order to prepare artists for the realities of the profession.
Openness and exchange between students, the teaching staff, and parents are integral parts of the training.

A SCHOOL ORGANIZATION DESIGNED TO SUPPORT EVERY PATH
Because the unique challenge of professional dance training for young people aged 12 to 18 is that students must simultaneously pursue their professional training and academic studies, VM Ballet has chosen to integrate academics into the heart of its educational program.
For younger students, an optional dance-studies program allows them to combine intensive artistic training with academic support.
Within this framework of comprehensive support, VM Ballet has developed a unique educational partnership in France with Ikigai Education, in order to offer a model tailored to the demands of a dancer’s career.
Young dancers who wish to do so can benefit, directly within the school premises, from:
individualized academic support
a modified timetable aligned with their training
dedicated workspaces
attentive academic guidance
This program allows young artists to pursue their studies under optimal conditions, while fully committing to their training.
Since its implementation in 2018, VM Ballet has achieved a 100% success rate in national exams (brevet and baccalaureate), with numerous honors.
